Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 3/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cups extre-virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Step 1 Place all of the ingredients in a jar or container that can be sealed and shaken.
Step 2 Shake vigorously to form emulsion.
Step 3 Serve as a dipping sauce, marinade or salad dressing!
