Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

  • 3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cups walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts (chopped)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)


Step 1 Combine the raspberry vinegar and dijon mustard in a blender.
Step 2 Begin blender and slowly begin drizzling in your oil until an emulsion forms.


Add the walnuts quickly at the very end as to not pulverize them into dust. We still want a little texture from our chopped walnuts.
