Caesar Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Simple Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)


  • 1 Medium anchovy filet (minced)


Step 1 In a blender, combine the lemon juice, garlic, anchovy, mustard and Simple Mayonnaise.
Step 2 Pulse until dressing takes on a familiar consistency and enjoy!


DON'T BE AFRAID of anchovies. They're classic of Caesar dressing and add the required saltiness needed. They don't make the dressing fishy and are great for your health as well!
