Ingredients

  • 3lb Pork Loin Roast (boneless)
  • 1/2 Large Sweet Onion (chopped)
  • 8oz Green Chiles (diced)
  • 1 cup Crushed Tomatoes
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 4 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Ppwder
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (ground)

Directions

Step 1 Combine all ingredients in slow cooker (except cilantro), coating the pork loin roast well.
Step 2 Cover and cook for 8-10 hours on low.
Step 3 When pork is fall-apart tender, remove from slow cooker and use two forks to shred. Top with chopped cilantro and serve!
