Ingredients
- 3lb Pork Loin Roast (boneless)
- 1/2 Large Sweet Onion (chopped)
- 8oz Green Chiles (diced)
- 1 cup Crushed Tomatoes
- 3 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 4 tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin (ground)
- 1 teaspoon Onion Ppwder
- 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (ground)
Directions
Step 1 | Combine all ingredients in slow cooker (except cilantro), coating the pork loin roast well. |
Step 2 | Cover and cook for 8-10 hours on low. |
Step 3 | When pork is fall-apart tender, remove from slow cooker and use two forks to shred. Top with chopped cilantro and serve! |
