Ingredients

  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1/2lb bacon (strips cut in half)
  • 1/2 cup Muscovado Sugar (brown sugar replacement)

Directions

Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees or use a barbecue set to medium-high heat.

Step 3 Drain water chestnuts and pat dry.

Step 5 Wrap water chestnuts with a half strip of bacon and use a toothpick to hold it all together.
