Great Uses of Cauli Fredo Sauce
We had some leftover sauce from our previous recipe for our cauliflower based, Alfredo sauce. We had stored it away trying to think of a way to re purpose it. What we came up with was a spinach/artichoke dip. By simply adding 6 oz. of spinach and a 14 oz. can of artichokes, we came up with another great recipe. It can be baked in a shallow pan to make for a great dip for crudité. We actually butterflied some chicken breasts and created a delicious bake.
